TRAINING LEADERS
Are you looking to raise up new leaders in your church? Perhaps create a learning community of leaders who want to join your team or become a church planter? VI offers a program specifically tailored for those who God is calling to lead in the Kingdom. Our Biblical Leadership program will equip your prospective leaders to know the Word, lead others in ministry, and experience spiritual transformation. In this program, you or someone on your team will need to participate as mentors to these students who want to lead.
What level of engagement do you desire with your students?
We know that not every pastor has the same amount of time and resources available so choose what works for you and your staff. We have outlined 3 different levels for you to choose from based on your bandwidth and resources. Your interaction can range from just promoting VI in your weekend services and newsletters to being deeply involved in the life of your students. Two Year Program
- We highly recommend keeping your students together in as many of the courses as possible to build your learning communities.
- Graduation requires the completion of 15 course units in the Certificate in Biblical Leadership and 30 course units in the Advanced Certificate in Biblical Leadership.
- To complete the 15 course unit Certificate in two years, each student takes 2 classes per quarter (except 1st quarter they take 1). To complete the 30 course unit Advanced Certificate in Biblical Leadership in two years, students must take 3 to 4 courses per quarter.
